In rare instances and only within 7 days of purchase, if due to technical difficulties or platform incompatibilities the templates will not function, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund. In such instances, we require that you provide enough information for us to positively identify your purchase transaction (e.g., order number, your company name, date of transaction, purchase code, number of licenses purchased, etc.). If we are able to positively identify your order, and if your request is made within 7 days of purchase, you must submit to us a letter of destruction of the digital products (templates) on your company letterhead before we will process the refund.

Refund Policy

As all of our products are digital software, delivered instantly once payment is received it is impossible for you to return a product to use for a refund.

If you find a bug in our software, you can report it to us and we will fix it in the next version. Finding a bug is not a reason to request a refund.

We do not issue refunds if:

• You just change your mind
• You choose not to use our product
• You do not check the system requirements
• You find that our product doesn't suit your needs (need for full evaluation)
• You fail to install any of the products (installation service, forum /technical support is available to assist)
• You loose your domain name (forget to renew) or decide to change the domain name.
• You purchase with the intent of using on an adult (porn) site.

Any service purchased that involves direct involvement of staff members such as template installation, upgrade or technical support cannot be refunded. The only exception to this is if the installation or upgrade service was never carried out and that the payment was made within seven days of refund request.
